Program description
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Hikma Health related to your use of our services. These may include appointment notifications, two-factor authentication (2FA) codes and secure sign-in links, patient referral notifications, and updates to your account or schedule.
How to opt in
You may opt in to receive SMS messages in person at the clinic where you work or are visiting, or by completing our SMS consent form (online or its paper equivalent). By providing your mobile number and consent, you confirm you are the account holder for that number or have authorization to provide it.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on activity. During busy periods you may receive up to 20 messages per day; during quiet periods you may receive no messages for a day or more.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan. Hikma Health is not responsible for any charges incurred.
Opting out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to you. You may opt back in at any time by enrolling again.

Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised βLast updatedβ date.
